I have recently been playing around with videoing my swing, although it seems to b helpful for some I have come to
the conclusion that it is only helpful if a professional is evaluating the video. I think, we as golfers, tend to think we know more about about the golf swing than we really do. Golf digest is a great readout does not equal years of knowledge that pros like yourself have aquired by being complete students of the game. With this being said Dennis I would like to send you a video and get tour feedback and hopefully make the trip out with Kyle to add to the lesson you gave me that elevatedmy gamequute a bit. My email is rs3under@yahoo.com I'd you send me yours I'll send you the video. Thanks Dennis

RS: You're right, a trained eye is best. You can post your video right here. Upload it to you tube, and in your post here just include it. Kyle is familiar with the process. Would like to see your video today if you can post.

Ralph: Click on the link above. Your swing looks good. Good temp, on plane, square face to arc. what i'd work on is more use of the body especially through the ball. if you look at the 12/13 second point you should be more turned through at that point. Hips and torso. The average tour pro is 10 degrees open at the shoulders and 40 degrees open at the belt at that point in the swing. Try an impact bag it would help

Hi Dennis,
Here is a driver swing, cant keep it on the planet. Im hitting low hooks high blocks. I cant put a good swing on the driver and my game depends so much on it. Well my score does. When im hitting it well i can play at par when im not i realy have to rely on my short game. I realy need some help. Kyle and myself are working on it a lot. i go through preiods when i hit it super long and can work it when im not i have a hard time keeping it in playPosted 8 months ago # -
Ralph: The problem is an open clubface that you are forced to flip through impact to square, an inconsistent move at best. YOu need to keep the clubface square to your arc longer through the swing. The key again is more rotation of the body and less rotation of the shaft. Quiet the twisting back and you won't need to flip it through. It is a good simple swing with over rotation of the golf club. Good luck
