My philosophy is simple as well. In all my years of teaching, I have never, ever seen two golf swings completely alike. Every one has its own unique fingerprint. Some have similarities, NONE are identical. Question: When you read a tip in a magazine, or see or hear one on television, how do you know if that tip applies to you? Answer: You don’t know! So when you try to apply the tip to YOUR game, it very well may hamper your efforts or impede your progress, because the author of that tip NEVER SAW YOU SWING! That is why I teach everyone on an individual basis. The golf club must be aligned with the golf ball when it makes contact. The face of the club, the direction of it, and the angle it comes into the golf ball are the only things we need to align at impact. Get those right and you play better. Period.

You have heard a lot about swing plane. What does it mean? We all swing on an inclined plane; what plane are you swinging on? Is it right for you? Can you repeat it? These are all things you can only learn in a private lesson with one-on-one guidance from a professional. This site is designed to help you in this way: Either by answering questions, or seeing a video of your swing, I can make recommendations for YOU. There is no golf swing that cannot be helped. All it takes is being honest with yourself about your faults, and a willingness to correct them.
